OnePGH pledges equaled a fraction of 'Big Four' nonprofits' tax exemptions

UPMC, Highmark/AHN, Pitt and CMU pledged a combined $115 million over five years to the OnePGH initiative last year. The region stands to lose out on five times that amount due to tax exemptions over the same time period.
