Vaccine Disparities For Black Residents Differ In Pro-Trump and Pro-Biden Parishes. 

In 8 parishes that voted for Biden, Black people are being vaccinated at lower rates -- 13 percentage points -- than their overall share of the population. But the opposite is true in the 14 parishes that supported Trump the strongest in 2020.
