Philly off to 3rd 'Muggiest' Start of Summer since 1948

The National Weather Service considers conditions to be "oppressive" when the dew point, a measure of moisture in the air, reaches 70 degrees or more. Philly's dew point has been above 70 degrees more than 45% of the time since June 1.
