Boost: If an index is down, you get a boost rate. If that rate is 20% and an index drops 23%, you get a negative 3% return. If the index drops 5%, you get 15%. On the upside, you get the greater of the boost rate or the index return up to a cap. You get an additional return if a participation rate is over 100%.
