Western region includes Garrett, Allegany and Washington counties. Capital region includes Frederick, Montgomery and Prince George's counties. Southern region includes Charles, Calvert and St. Mary's counties. Baltimore includes Baltimore County and Baltimore City. Central region includes Carroll, Howard, Harford and Anne Arundel counties. The Eastern Shore includes Cecil, Kent, Queen Anne's, Caroline, Talbot, Dorchester, Somerset, Wicomico and Worcester counties.
