Amounts received by the city of Boston through its voluntary payment in lieu of taxes (PILOT) program for tax-exempt organizations in 2023.

Berklee College, Boston Children's Hospital, Boston College, Boston Medical Center, Boston University, Harvard University and Northeastern University all received credits for property taxes they paid on portions of their land that was used for non-tax-exempt purposes.
