Earnings have been stagnant for Minnesota's full-time workers

Earnings for male full-time, year-round workers fell 4% between 2021 and 2022, after adjusting for inflation, while women's earnings stayed about the same. Women make about 83 cents for every $1 earned by men, which is slightly higher than a decade ago.
