NOTE: Reflects country, regional, and worldwide programs receiving U.S. assistance for COVID-19 efforts, announced as of August 21, 2020. Estimated total funding for regions and worldwide programs represents approximate funding amounts as reported by the State Department through USAID and the State Department only. Total funding was calculated using overall estimates reported by State for the following accounts: Emergency Reserve Fund (ERF), Global Health Programs (GHP), International Disaster Assistance (IDA), Migration and Refugee Assistance (MRA), and Economic Support Fund (ESF). Worldwide funding includes $250 million for the procurement of ventilators.
