The activities and policies include Grants, Formula Funding, Literacy or Other Initiatives, Approved Vendors or Procurement Assistance, Technical Assistance, Partnerships with Higher Education, Requirements for High-Impact Tutoring, Title I Direct Student Services set-aside, Outcomes-Based Contracting, and Federal Grants.
