Changes in U.S. House seats, based on 2020 Census

The U.S. Census Bureau has released apportionment data that gives Oregon an additional seat in Congress.

The apportionment population consists of the resident population of the 50 states, plus the overseas federal employees (military and civilian) and their dependents living with them who could be allocated to their home states.
