Median sales prices for single-family homes in 2025

Median prices for single-family homes in Boone County increased 13%, with similar gains in Columbia. The annual median price for the year was $335,000, according to the monthly real estate report from the Columbia Board of Realtors. Boone County's median price was higher than most of its neighboring counties for 2025.
