Declining affordable housing
These nine Connecticut towns saw the largest decreases in affordable housing between 2011 and 2022.
Mansfield, Canaan, Winchester, Killingly, Torrington, Plainfield, New Britain, Milford and Easton had the largest dips in affordable housing from 2011 to 2022.
