Cities pay the most for water

Look up what municipal and agricultural districts in California, Nevada and Arizona pay for surface water.

Note: UCLA and NRDC analyzed the wholesale price of water paid by larger water utilities and municipal entities that purchased or diverted more than 10,000 acre-feet of water annually, that also had volume and price data available. Each row in the table is a “purchase point,” essentially a different transaction, so utilities can appear several times if they purchased from different sellers or had multiple contracts.
