Hours ambulances waited at hospitals to transfer care, which is time they were out of service and unable to respond to new calls.

Wall time includes delays at PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend, McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center and PeaceHealth’s University District hospital through its closure in December 2023.
