Confirmed animal rabies by jurisdiction rise in Missouri

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention issued a health alert due to increased human exposure to rabies. There have been 36 confirmed cases of rabid animals in Missouri this year. All animals that tested positive in Missouri were bats and skunks.
