Denver International Airport received its lowest score since 2016 in J.D. Power's annual passenger satisfaction survey, ranking 14th among "mega" airports in 2022. The market research firm surveyed nearly 27,000 American and Canadian travelers from August 2021 to July 2022, asking about their recent airport experiences.
