Millennials are drawn to mission, to using business as a tool to bridge divides and level playing fields. For many, ethics – how to make decisions to foster the greater good – is paramount. When it comes to corporate and social responsibility, survey respondents gave the nod to Brigham Young University, which scored a perfect 100 index. The Copenhagen Business School, long active in CSR, was the runner-up to BYU Marriott. The big surprise? That’d be the University of California-Berkeley. A pioneer in this space, it merited just a 9th place finish – though still higher than traditional players like Notre Dame Mendoza (18th) and Harvard Business School (19th).
