Florida Mpox cases in 2024

Florida has reported more than 100 mpox cases this year, with the most infections recorded in residents who live in Miami-Dade County, preliminary state data shows. The state says none of the cases are linked to the more contagious type of mpox that is fueling infections across Africa.
