Six line charts showing the Share of Americans who say select U.S. government agencies are doing an excellent or good job from surveys conducted between 2003 and September 2025. All of the agencies (the CDC, CIA, IRS, FDA, FEMA and EPA) have seen a decrease in their job rating in the latest September 2025 survey compared to previous surveys. They all have ratings around 30%.
