Countries with high protection (combination of past infection and vaccines, with an index weighted 4x more to past infection) and re-opening for activity are the following (ie near the top left quadrant): Mauritius in Africa; Croatia, Georgia, Iceland, Poland, Turkey in Europe; Brazil in LatAm; Qatar, UAE in Middle East. Countries elsewhere which are close: Morocco in Africa; Kazakhstan, Romania, Russia in Europe; Peru in LatAm; Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Saudi in Middle East. The current pace of vaccination should push Malaysia and South Korea much closer (Malaysia also lifting some of its lockdown).
