Comparison of Cell Population Frequencies in Cyto-Chex Samples Preserved for 24 Hours vs Cyto-Chex Samples Processed Immediately at Draw (0 Hours)

This Bland Altman plot compares immune cell frequencies in Cyto-Chex samples stored for 24 hours at room temperature with matched Cyto-Chex samples processed immediately at draw. Triplicate samples from a healthy donor were analyzed using the TokuTBNK panel.

The bias line (y = 0.2%) represents the mean difference across all immune populations.95% of values fall between the lower and upper limits of agreement (y = -1.3 percent and 1.6%), demonstrating high preservation fidelity over 24 hours of ambient storage.

  Bias = 0.2% | Lower LOA: -1.3% | Upper LOA: 1.6%
