Merged market refers to small business and individual plans. More than 421,000 members are expected to enroll with these six carriers in 2026.

Note: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and WellSense (also known as Boston Medical Center Health Plan) omitted from chart because regulators rejected their proposed rate increases. Both carriers can appeal the decision.
