Those living in the most deprived areas in England have the lowest coverage for the Spring 2025 booster campaign.

Spring 2025 Covid booster coverage by Index of Multiple Deprivation (IMD) in England for all those eligible at the close of the campaign.

The IMD quintiles are calculated by ranking every Lower-layer Super Output area (LSOA) in England from most deprived to least deprived and dividing them into 5 equal groups. LSOAs quintile 1 fall within the most deprived 20% of LSOAs nationally and LSOAs quintile 5 fall within the least deprived 20% of LSOAs nationally.
