Family-friendly neighborhoods with the biggest discounts

Not every family-friendly neighborhood commands a premium. In some markets, the most kid-friendly areas actually come in below the metro average.

Murphy & Prachthauser identified each metro’s top family-friendly neighborhood using Niche rankings and compared its average home value to the metro average using Zillow data to measure premiums and discounts.
