Most Americans Do Not Trust Big Tech Companies or the National Government to Act in Society’s Best Interest in Regard to the Development of Data Centers

Participants were asked, “Regarding the development of data centers, how much do you trust the following to act in the best interest of society?” For Big Tech companies and the federal government, participants could indicate “trust a lot,” “trust a little” and “don’t trust at all.” Findings were weighted to reflect the U.S. population.
