NOTES: Zip codes are characterized using 2015–2019 American Community Survey, Zip Code Tabulation Area summary data. High/Low zip code designations are based on the top and bottom quartile of zip codes, respectively. High-Latino zip codes have at least 44% of residents identifying as Latino, while low-Latino zip codes have fewer than 11%. In high-poverty zip codes, at least 19% of residents live below the federal poverty level, compared to low-poverty zip codes where fewer than 7% live in poverty.
