The bars represent the proportion of eligible students who were in the type of school listed on the left during the 2024-25 school year who have activated their ESA for the 2025-26 school year in any school setting.

For example, of the 5,060 students who were in public school last year and qualified for an ESA, 2,428, or 48% are using their ESA to attend their school of choice this year while 2,632, or 52% remain unused.
