As this Airwars chart shows, alleged Russian civilian casualties events in Syria were at their peak in the week of February 19th to February 25th, with almost eight times more events tracked by Airwars researchers than in the previous week (February 12th to 18th). All but four of the events tracked in the week of February 19th to 25th were in eastern Ghouta, where not a single Russian allegation was monitored the week before.
