An Increasing Share of Pennsylvania’s Immigration Arrests are Being Made by Local Law Enforcement

Pennsylvania's first 287(g) program arrest occurred in July of 2025. Arrests under the program have steadily climbed since then, reaching a high of 414 this July. That month, such arrests accounted for one in three of all ICE arrests in the state.
