DeKalb County police were called to the shooting scene on Flat Shoals Road just before 6 p.m. Cars were damaged and a woman suffered minor injuries. At 6:20 p.m., a man was found suffering from a serious gunshot wound in a car on I-75 South. DeKalb police linked the man to the earlier shooting scene.
