Cities and neighborhoods for each ZIP code are approximate. Fillmore, Norman, Rock and Traverse counties have not been included due to data backlogs from border states that had outsized influence on some areas' vaccine growth. ZIP codes with a 16+ population under 200 people are not included. ZIP 55402 in Minneapolis is also not shown.
