Pa. Primary Turnout Dropped Significantly for Voters Requesting Mail Ballots Near Election Day

In the three weeks before the June 2 primary election, the later a voter’s mail ballot application was processed, the lower the chance that voter ultimately cast a successful ballot by any method.

This chart begins Feb. 10, when officials began regularly processing more than 100 applications a day.
