Dutch Gold Honey plant and offices sold for $31 million

An out-of-state investor group recently purchased Dutch Gold Honey plant and offices at 2220 Dutch Gold Drive in East Hempfield Township, which are used for packaging and distribution of honey and containers. Dutch Gold has signed a lease to continue operating in the building through at least 2045.
