Career help was the biggest need and the smallest ask

Three questions across the two polls. What people want more help with in general (n=90), what they hoped SRCCON would give them (n=86), and what they said they got (n=65).

The general-needs question used different option wording, so the first stage is matched by meaning. A separate general-needs option, networking, drew 48% and has no counterpart in the later questions, so it is left out rather than folded into peers. Industry knowledge appears in the later two questions only and is not on this chart.
