Modeled policies along the steel supply chain

The GX surcharge (or the Carbon Neutrality Tax Incentive), which will start in 2028, was not incorporated into the modeling because of lack of information on expected prices but could reduce the green premium even more. The existing carbon tax (~$US2/t CO2) is incorporated into the modeling as part of the carbon pricing policy analysis.
