Consumer expectations are getting lower and slower

We asked consumers: what do "fast" and "slow" shipping mean to you now?

One-third (32%) say their expectations have gotten 'slower' compared to before the pandemic; only half as many (16%) now expect faster delivery.

"NET expectations" below is the difference between respondents who said their expectations were 'faster' minus those who said 'slower'.
