Five-year enrollment trends at Pennsylvania's 10 state universities: State system

Since 2019, enrollment at nine of Pennsylvania's 10 state universities has fallen, with the overall system reporting a 14% decline in students.

Note: PennWest and Commonwealth universities' data for years 2019-20 through 2021-22 was compiled by adding the enrollments at the California, Clarion and Edinboro campuses, and the Bloomsburg, Lock Haven and Mansfield campuses, respectively.
