The figure shows the impact of large-emitter trading systems on household consumption, expressed as the average across five modelled scenarios. On average, LETS have zero or slightly positive impact in 2025, increasing household consumption by 0.02%, and have an average impact of -0.11% in 2030.
The values show the average impact of carbon pricing policies on household consumption under five sensitivity cases (variations) of the legislated policies scenario. The sensitivities represent different oil prices and costs for low-carbon technology

This figure is not perfectly to scale. Because near-zero impacts would be invisible at this scale, we had to slightly thicken the lines - overstating the impact of large-emitter trading systems - to make them visible.
