Referral Rates to GOALS for Students Absent 20% or More of the School Year in Public School Districts

The referral rates are the number of students referred to the GOALS Center divided by those who missed 20% or more of the school year in 2020-2021. 

"Chronically absent" is defined as missing 10% or more of the school year. This analysis includes data of students with the highest rates of chronic absenteeism — those missing 20% of school or more.
