This variable estimates the cost of advance notice requirements, severance payments and penalties due when terminating a redundant worker. This is expressed as weekly wages for workers, averaged for employees with 1, 5 and 10 years of experience. The data for Indonesia is based on Omnibus Job Creation Law implementing regulations.
