With a month to go before the 2020 Census count ends, we can see the Pennsylvania counties with high self-response rates in blue and low in red. Rates range from a low of about 26% (Forest County) to 77% (Bucks County). Most of Pennsylvania's 67 counties have seen at least 60% of households self-respond.
