Internet only listing agents rely on the portals (Rightmove, Zoopla etc..) to find buyers. Home sellers using these services may be making a saving on estate agent fees but potentially missing out on; 48% more viewings, 64% more offers and a 5% higher end sale price. This is compared to using an appropriately chosen high street estate agent. The portals do sometimes generate the best buyer for the seller but only 27% of the time.
