Compliant short-term rentals in Madera County up 193% since 2019

The number of licensed short-term rental operators increased from 410 in December 2019 to 1,200 today in Madera County. The county Treasurer-Tax Collector's office identified 400 non-compliant short-term rental operators in April, bringing the total of known operators to 1,600 in Madera County.
