Tens of thousands of migrants stuck in northern Mexico

A new Biden administration regulation requires migrants make an appointment to approach the border. Crossing illegally can lead to a higher bar for asylum seekers and the risk of a sped-up deportation. More than 100,000 migrants are now amassed in northern Mexico, some fearful of crossing because of the new rules.
