Santa Clara County's homeless population hovers a little over 10,000 people

Santa Clara County's homeless population shot up between 2015 to 2019, but has hovered around 10,000 people since then. San Jose's population has also stayed over 6,000 people since 2019, despite spending more than $300 million to support unhoused residents.
