Enrollees are categorized as mild, moderate, or severe based on the highest severity of depression for which they received treatment during the year. Enrollees with or without co-occurring anxiety diagnoses are included. Data does not include payments for services that enrollees do not claim under their employer coverage. Medications include at least one prescription for an anti-depressant or anxiolytic medication in 2021.
