More States Asserting Control Over ACA Marketplaces

Six states have plans to leave the federal insurance exchange, healthcare.gov, and begin operating their own online marketplaces to sell individual health coverage. They say they can do the job cheaper and more efficiently. Twelve other states and Washington, D.C., already run their own exchanges.
