N/A: used when an ICS was not asked this question. ICSs were only asked "How is FeNO for CYP commissioned in your ICS?" if they answered "Yes" to the question "Is FeNO for CYP commissioned in primary care across the entire geographical footprint of the ICS?".
No response from ICB: used when an ICB was asked the question but did not provide a response.
Did not participate: an ICS did not respond before the designated deadline.

ICSs which answered "No" to "Is FeNO for children commissioned in primary care to the extent that the entire geographical footprint of the ICS is covered?" were presumed not to have sufficient FeNO provision to meet demand of new referrals.
Survey data provided by ICSs is self-reported and unvalidated. Bedfordshire, Luton + Milton Keynes; Hertfordshire + West Essex; Shropshire, Telford + Wrekin; and South West London did not respond to the survey or FOI request within the designated timeframe.
