A. Any party or coalition of parties in a united Ireland that commands a majority in parliament should form the Government. There would be no guarantee that British/unionist parties would be in the Government
B. The Government should be filled automatically by proportionally allocating the fifteen cabinet ministries in accordance with parties’ strength in seats. That would make it highly likely that the Government would include a British/unionist party.
