Oregon, North Dakota, and Wyoming had highest workplace death rate inspected by the Department of Labor's Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA).

The data comes from a table of work-related fatalities investigated by the Department of Labor's Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) between January 2017 and November 2022. 6498 rows were analyzed. COVID-19 related deaths are not included. Population data from U.S. Census Bureau. U.S. territories were not included.
